PolyK develop and manufacture piezoelectric PVDF and PVDF-TrFE film and sensors (www.polyk-piezo.com) which are flexible, robust, wearable, low cost and can be used in small and large area vibration and pressure sensors. Typical applications include detecting dynamic change of force, pressure, acoustic wave, such as vibration sensors, hydrophone, ultrasound transducers, sleeping and health monitor sensors (heart rate and respiration), security sensors, etc. Typical piezo film thickness in stock: 12 µm, 18 µm, 28, 40, 50, 60, 80, 110, and 200 µm thickness with width above 450 mm and length up to 1000 m/roll. We can also customize other film thickness and operation/storage temperature up to 160 °C. Finally, we can also help customers to design and produce prototype piezo sensors using our piezo film with short lead time and low cost.
